Widely known as one of the “Fathers of the Internet,” Cerf is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. He has served in executive positions at MCI, the Corporation for National Research Initiatives and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and on the faculty of Stanford University.
Vint Cerf served as chairman of the board of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) from 2000-2007 and has been a Visiting Scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory since 1998.
Cerf is a recipient of numerous awards and commendations in connection with his work on the Internet, including the US Presidential Medal of Freedom, US National Medal of Technology, the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, the Prince of Asturias Award, the Tunisian National Medal of Science, the Japan Prize, the Charles Stark Draper award, the ACM Turing Award, Officer of the Legion d’Honneur and 29 honorary degrees. In December 1994, People magazine identified Cerf as one of that year’s “25 Most Intriguing People.”
Becky has partnered and consulted with some of the world’s leading organizations including Target, Ralph Lauren, Wyndham, Caterpillar, Georgia-Pacific, Coca-Cola, Honeywell, Devon, Western Digital, Koch Industries, DuPont, 3M, Cargill, GE, P&G, and Miller Brewing Company. She has also served as an interim executive to various startup companies and is highly sought after executive and consultant, having proven her ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
In addition to her executive career, Becky serves as an Advisor to the Board for MIT “Wealth of Nations,” Teradata Retail/Hospitality, Calgary Scientific and 360ofme. Further proving her thought leadership, she has been awarded the Chairman’s Award from PepsiCo and her #4 and #12 ranking on The ExecRanks’ Top 50 Female CIOs of 2012 and Top 200 CIOs of 2012 respectively.
Martina is an Operating Partner at Costanoa Ventures. Prior to that, she spent over 20 years as a marketing and product executive building, branding, and launching market-defining software including Microsoft Office, Netscape’s browser, and Loudcloud’s managed services platform. More recently she has been on the Advisory Boards and Boards of a dozen different B2C & B2B startups. She’s also the Product Marketing Partner at Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) and Lecturer at the UC Berkeley graduate school of engineering. Martina earned her B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University.
Cynthia Owyoung has established and led diversity and inclusion initiatives for nearly 15 years at organizations both large and small, including GitHub, Yahoo and Intuit. She is known for integrating a diversity and inclusion lens into all aspects of the business, from talent management to product development
Prior to her calling in human resources, Cynthia launched a strategic planning consultancy, increasing the capabilities of non- and for-profit organizations in organizational development, brand marketing and business strategy. She also built a decade-long career as a Brand Strategist for leading global brands and advertising agencies, developing campaigns for Microsoft, Levi Strauss and Apple.
Siki Giunta is a seasoned executive with comprehensive knowledge of global software, cloud, and the Internet of things (IoT) services marketplace with over 20 years of experience in international operations, marketing, and sales.
Her career includes over ten years of experience as a corporate CEO with hands-on experience in sales, marketing, venture financing, and managing overall company growth culminating in 2 successful corporate exits at Managed Objects and Fortisphere. During her tenure as president and chief executive officer of Managed Objects, she helped create the Business Service Management (BSM) software market category.
At Accenture Siki leads the Journey to Cloud framework of services that brings the best talent, solutions and accelerators tools to clients implementing Cloud as the transformation agent for their Business.
